By using this website, submitting a registration form, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering for an event or making a payment.
Some Discipleship Tabernacle events may be free to attend but still require registration. Registration helps us prepare seating, communication, reminders, event updates, and other event needs.
Registration does not guarantee special accommodations unless those accommodations are confirmed by Discipleship Tabernacle in writing.
The Victory Connection Cruise is an event experience connected with Discipleship Tabernacle. Cruise details, schedules, boarding information, terminal information, and travel requirements may change.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all final cruise documents and official Carnival requirements before sailing.
Payments may be collected for certain events, including deposits and final payments for the Victory Connection Cruise.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
For the Victory Connection Cruise, the deposit is $150 per person.
If you choose the deposit option, your remaining balance must be paid as one final balance payment. Partial payments after the deposit are not available.
Final balances are due by June 30, 2026.
Cruise deposits are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for more details before making a payment.
Refund terms may vary by event. If an event has its own refund rules, those rules will apply to that specific event.
Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, parking, travel insurance, and personal expenses unless clearly stated otherwise.
Discipleship Tabernacle is not responsible for missed flights, delayed travel, travel interruptions, parking issues, missed boarding times, or expenses caused by travel delays.
Guests are responsible for having the correct travel documents before sailing. Discipleship Tabernacle does not determine cruise travel document rules.
Guests should review Carnival’s official travel document requirements before reserving a spot and again closer to the cruise date.
Room packages are based on the number of people assigned to a cabin. If you register alone or your group does not fill the full room package, additional guests may be assigned to your cabin.
Roommate requests or special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Discipleship Tabernacle in writing.
Event details may change, including dates, times, locations, schedules, speakers, activities, travel details, and other event information.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important updates by email, text message, or the event page.
By registering for an event, you agree that Discipleship Tabernacle may contact you by email or text message about event confirmations, reminders, payment deadlines, schedule updates, and other event-related information.
You may also receive occasional updates about other Discipleship Tabernacle events when appropriate.
Discipleship Tabernacle is not responsible for third-party services, including cruise line policies, travel providers, payment processors, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, parking providers, or other outside services.
Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the rules and requirements of any third-party provider connected to the event.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
