Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, deposits, and event refunds are handled for Discipleship Tabernacle event pages.

General Event Refunds

Refund rules may vary depending on the event. Some events are free to attend, while other events may require payment, a deposit, or a final balance.

If an event has specific refund rules listed on its event page, those rules apply to that event.

Victory Connection Cruise Deposits

For the Victory Connection Cruise, the $150 deposit per person is non-refundable.

Please review all cruise details, room package options, travel responsibilities, and payment information before submitting your deposit.

Final Payments

If you choose the deposit option, your remaining balance must be paid as one final balance payment.

Final balances are due by June 30, 2026.

Partial payments after the deposit are not available through this event page.

Paying in Full

If you choose to pay your cruise amount in full, please make sure you are ready to complete the reservation before submitting payment.

Refund eligibility for full payments may depend on cruise-related deadlines, Carnival policies, and any costs already committed for your reservation.

Travel Costs Are Not Refunded by Discipleship Tabernacle

Guests are responsible for their own flights, hotel stays, transportation, parking, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any other travel-related costs.

Discipleship Tabernacle is not responsible for refunding travel expenses if you are unable to attend, miss boarding, experience delays, or cancel your trip.

Event Changes or Cancellations

Event details may change, including dates, times, locations, travel details, schedules, and other event information.

If Discipleship Tabernacle cancels an event, refund options, credit options, or next steps will be communicated to registered guests.

Cruise Line and Third-Party Policies

Some event-related costs may be connected to third-party providers, including Carnival, Stripe, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other outside services.

Those providers may have their own refund, cancellation, payment, and travel policies. Guests are responsible for reviewing those policies when applicable.
